Tomiko Suzuki was born on January 3, 1956 in Aichi, Japan. She was affiliated with Aoni Production, having voiced several well-known anime characters, including Daniel in the TV series Transformers: The Headmasters, Yayoi in Captain Tsubasa, Kisanta in Nintama Rantaro, Mitsuru in Mahou Tsukai Sally and Sayuri in Kamui no Ken. In addition to Marron, in the Dragonball Z series and movies she voiced young Dende as well as Pansy from the movie Dragonball: Shenron no Densetsu (Curse of the Blood Rubies).

Suzuki's last role was Jirachi in the film Gekijouban Pocket Monster Advance Generation: Nanayo no Negaiboshi Jirachi (Pokémon: Jirachi Wishmaker) in 2003. She passed away of heart failure on July 7, 2003, a week and a half before the film premiered.
